All online orders are processed through our Wix eCommerce system and shipped directly from Haleʻiwa, Hawaiʻi.

Summary:

  • Food items (macadamia nuts and coffee) are non-returnable for health and safety reasons.

  • Apparel and merchandise are made to order and can only be replaced if defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Orders may be canceled only before fulfillment or shipping begins.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the United States only via USPS Priority Mail (Small, Medium, and Large Flat Rate boxes).
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on box size, weight, and destination.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
Once an order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
