At North Shore Macadamia Nut Company, we take great pride in the quality and freshness of our products.
Our offerings include both food products (macadamia nuts and coffee) and branded merchandise (such as apparel, mugs, and stickers).
Because each category is handled differently, our return and refund policy depends on the type of item purchased.
Food Products (Macadamia Nuts & Coffee)
All food product sales are final.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for macadamia nuts, coffee, or any other consumable items.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of delivery for assistance.
When reporting an issue:

Provide clear photos of the affected product and packaging, and

Describe the issue in detail.
We will gladly provide a replacement or refund for any qualifying issue.

Merchandise (Apparel, Mugs, Stickers, etc.)
All merchandise is made to order through our in-house production process.
Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns, size exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
We will, however, replace or refund items that:

Arrive damaged,

Contain a printing or production error, or

Are defective upon arrival.
To request a replacement or refund:

Include your order number and clear, well-lit photos of the issue (product laid flat, tag visible if applicable).
Once approved:

PayPal refunds typically appear within 1 business day.

Credit/debit card refunds may take 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

All food products (macadamia nuts, coffee, or any consumables).

Donations, tips, or digital messages

Gift cards

Sale or clearance items
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled or modified before they enter fulfillment or production.
Once production or shipping begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
Donations, tips, and custom-made items cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances.
Shipping Damage
If your shipment arrives visibly damaged, please:

Take photos of the box and contents before discarding any packaging, and

Contact Support@NorthShoreMacNut.com with your order number and the images attached.
We may need this documentation to process a replacement or file a carrier insurance claim.
